I’m Raquel Morell Guiote, a licensed clinical psychologist. I offer you a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can understand what you’re going through and find practical tools for your daily life.
I work from an integrative cognitive-behavioral approach with clear and realistic tools—the kind that are useful in real life, not just in theory.
Here, you don’t need to come prepared with a perfect speech or a strong version of yourself. If you’re exhausted, on edge, or carrying more than you can handle, we’ll look at it together calmly and without judgment.
Therapy isn’t magic, but it can be a turning point. And if we laugh a little along the way, it’s not to downplay the pain, but to remind you that you are so much more than your difficulty.
Each person comes with a different story. These are some of the themes I regularly work on.
You live in a constant state of alert, and your mind never stops. We work to help you regain calm and control.
Past experiences that continue to affect you. I help you process them at your own pace.
Fear behind the wheel limits your freedom. Regain the confidence to drive without panic.
You’re going through a process that’s emotionally draining. I’m here to support you so you can cope.
Feeling stuck or lost professionally? We’ll find clarity and a plan.
Mental load, guilt, exhaustion. Learn to mother with more calm and less burden.
Behaviors that provide relief but take their toll. Regain control without judgment.
Rebuilding your life far from home is difficult. I’ll support you through the emotional process.
Whatever your reason, here’s a space for genuine listening. You don’t need to arrive organized:
we’ll start with what you have and at your own pace.
We understand what's happening to you, your context, and what you need now.
We define realistic priorities and a work plan.
Concrete strategies to help you notice changes in your daily life.
We consolidate what you've learned so you can continue on your own with confidence.
Approximate duration: 10-12 sessions, adaptable to your needs.
Yes. With a good framework, consistency, and clear goals, online therapy is an effective and flexible format. We work with the same tools and methodology as in face-to-face sessions, adapting to your pace and needs.
It depends on each individual case, but many people feel relief from the first sessions thanks to having a clear plan and practical tools they can use in their daily lives. The process is gradual, and we respect your pace.
The process usually lasts between 10 and 12 sessions, although it can be shorter or longer depending on your needs, goals, and personal characteristics. We define it together and adjust it as we go.
I offer therapy in Spanish, Catalan, and English. You can choose the language in which you feel most comfortable expressing yourself.
Yes, I offer in-person sessions in Barcelona, in the Sant Gervasi neighborhood. You can also combine online and in-person sessions, whichever is more convenient for you.
Yes. If you give us at least 24 hours’ notice, we can easily reschedule the session. This allows us to rearrange our schedules and make better use of both our time.
If you’ve been holding on for too long, this might be a good time to start taking serious care of yourself.
If you have any questions about how I work, want to know if I can help you with your specific situation, or simply want more information, feel free to write to me.
