In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), we inform you about the processing of your personal data.

  • Data derived from the professional relationship: During the contractual relationship and, thereafter, for the legally established period. In the case of clinical records, the minimum retention period is 5 years from the last service provided, in accordance with Law 41/2002.
  • Tax data: 4 years in accordance with tax regulations.

Your data will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law. No international data transfers are carried out.

The only third parties who may have access to your data are:

  • Technology service providers (hosting, email) acting as data processors with appropriate contractual safeguards.
  • Public authorities when there is a legal obligation.
